An AI game studiothat only needs your yes.

Tell Mirven what the game needs. It plans the work, runs Claude Code and Codex agents on your Unity project side by side, and checks every job before it reaches you. Code lands in your project only when you say yes.

Mirven — Ironvale
Astra splits the Next Fest demo into 21 jobs Queue: 20 agents running, reported cost for 30 days Agents: every agent and what it is doing Memory graph: 449 linked notes across four games Jobs list with a job ready for review

One plan.No manager in the middle.

The usual setup routes every report through one manager model, until its context fills and it stalls. In Mirven, agents never wait on a manager. They follow a plan.

Every job has a finish line.Written down first.

Before any code exists, Astra writes down what each job must deliver and where it will work. Agents don't negotiate. They follow the plan.

Many build at once. Each in its own lane.

Script jobs build side by side, each in its own Git worktree. Scenes and assets take turns, because Unity scenes don't merge. A job that needs a folder already in use waits its turn. You choose how many run at once.

Shared filesEveryone reaches for the same work. Named foldersEach keeps to their own square.

The studio remembers. Each agent carries its part.

Decisions and lessons become plain notes you can edit. Each job gets only the notes that match it, with a receipt of what went.

Checked by others.Sealed by you.

No job is reviewed by the model that wrote it. A failed check goes back to the agent with the error first, and what reaches you shows exactly what passed and what didn't.

One request in.Your call on what merges.

One request. 21 jobs. About three hours.

  1. You, to Astra

Next Fest is in 9 days. The demo needs the full Warden boss fight: both phases, the arena, music, co-op revive, and it has to hold 60 fps on Steam Deck.
